
In the hotel's premises is located El Postillón Restaurant. This restaurant dates back to the 1970s, and was one of the first restaurants in Alhaurín el Grande. After being managed by various management teams, it has been replaced by Tottam Experience.
We wish to honor our predecessors by maintaining the quality of our products, traditional cuisine without major distractions, and the care we provide to all our visitors. Naturally, this is done through the lens through which we understand the "Restaurant Experience."
We want to make the experience a stop along the way, a place to recover from the long journey, physically, emotionally, and intellectually.
WHERE IT COMES FROM...
A person who rides on horseback in front of mail carriages or stagecoaches to serve as a guide.

CASA DE POSTA o POSTA
This was the name given to the system established primarily to facilitate the travel of mail, which was also extended to travelers.
In short, the "post house" was the "Stop where the mail and those who traveled by post took fresh horses," as defined
the Dictionary of the Language.

“When the driver (mind) is confused and he does not know where to go, the carriage (body) is driven by the horses (emotions) that automatically pull it, without any direction, while the passenger (soul consciousness) sleeps.
